Prime Exports and Trading LLC is a Wyoming trading company run from Cagayan de Oro in the Philippines. We buy from vetted producers and sell to importers and manufacturers, checking certificates and testing samples so you don't have to. We are a trading company, not a producer: every order comes with a written sales agreement, clear payment terms and documents you can verify.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is your Minimum Order Quantity?
One pallet: four 200-liter drums, about 760 kg. For the best price per kilo and shipping rate, we recommend a full 20ft container (80 drums, about 15 metric tons).
Are your suppliers certified?
Yes. Every producer we buy from must hold current certificates (a food-safety license in their country, HACCP/GMP, the US FDA registration for US orders, and organic or halal where specified) and provide a COA for each batch. If a producer can't, we don't buy from them.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. Samples are charged at cost plus courier, and we can share the independent lab report on the same batch.
How does payment work?
By bank transfer. We confirm the order with a signed sales agreement and a 50% deposit. When production is finished we send the batch COA and the balance invoice; the balance is paid before dispatch, and the original shipping documents are released once it is received.
What are your lead times?
About 5-6 weeks from deposit: 4-5 weeks of production, then export preparation and loading. We confirm the dates in writing with your order.
Which spices do you supply, and how are they tested?
Black and white pepper, cinnamon (Ceylon and cassia), cloves, nutmeg and mace, and turmeric, plus ginger, cardamom, chili and star anise on request. Each lot comes with a COA for moisture, cleanliness, microbiology (including Salmonella) and aflatoxin, plus pesticide residues for EU orders. Steam-sterilized product is available, and we test samples at an independent lab before you commit.
Do you supply other coconut products?
Yes, on request: desiccated coconut, coconut flour, coconut sugar, coconut milk powder, coconut water, aminos and vinegar. Tell us the grade and volume and we will qualify a producer against your specification.

Prime Exports and Trading LLC is registered in Wyoming, USA, and operated from Cagayan de Oro, Philippines, close to the producers we work with.
Do you do private labeling?
Currently, we focus on bulk export in drums and totes. Private labeling can be discussed for volume partners.
